The Pierce Map App Privacy Policy

Basic Description

 The Pierce Map App does not request, collect, store, or transmit any data. The Pierce Map App does not require, use, or process any personally identifiable information of any type.

 No registration, payment, or other prior arrangement is necessary to use the application.

 The Pierce Map App does not use cookies.

 To make use of the Where Am I function, the application requests permission to use Apple iOS Location Services. Such permission need not be granted at the preference of the app user, although the Where Am I feature will not operate without such permission. The Pierce Map App does not track, store, or transmit the device location anywhere.

 If you notify the app author requesting a new feature or bug correction, the text of that notification may be displayed in release notes and similar material. You may receive emails from the author regarding the topic of that communication. These will cease at your request. Your name and other personally identifying information from the email will not be disclosed to anyone without a binding court order or subpoena.
